Earn 1 point for every $1 spent, 100 points for creating an account, 50 points for leaving an approved review, 100 birthday points and 200 points for a successful friend referral.
Your rewards account displays the current status of your points. If an expiry policy applies or changes, Nova & Co will communicate the details through the rewards account or email.
Sign in, open the rewards panel and select an available reward. Your redemption code can then be applied to an eligible order at checkout.
Redeem 250 points for $10 off, 500 points for $25 off, 1,000 points for $60 off or 2,000 points for $150 off.
Reward and promotion combinations depend on the terms shown at checkout. If two codes cannot be combined, choose the offer that gives you the best value.
Points earned from returned or refunded items may be deducted from your balance after the return is processed. Any adjustment will appear in your rewards activity.
Reward restoration depends on the return and reward terms connected to the order. Contact customer support if your reward is not updated after the refund is completed.
