Membership fees are generally non-refundable after a billing cycle begins. Please contact customer support if you believe a charge was made in error.
Yes. You can cancel before your next renewal date. Your benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
Your membership benefits end when your current billing period expires. Any unused member offers may also become unavailable at that time.
Yes. You can move between Silver, Gold VIP and Diamond Elite. Any pricing adjustment will be shown before your plan change is confirmed.
Your new benefits normally become available as soon as the plan change is successfully processed.
Sign in with the account connected to your active membership. Your eligible Silver, Gold VIP or Diamond Elite discount will then be applied according to the offer terms.
Some promotions can be combined while others cannot. The terms shown with each promotion will explain whether additional member savings apply.
Members earn points through eligible purchases and activities. Gold VIP members earn triple points and Silver members earn double points on qualifying purchases.
Your standard Nova Elite Rewards balance may remain with your customer account, but membership-only earning rates and benefits will end when the membership expires.
